PackMesh LLC operates from Florida and serves as the controller of personal data processed through the PackMesh platform. Contact privacy@packmesh.io with "Attn: PackMesh LLC Privacy" in the subject line for privacy requests or questions.

• Account details such as name, email address, company, and role.
• Usage data including authentication logs, device metadata, IP address, and actions within the app.
• Operational inputs such as packaging dimensions, SKUs, and constraints you provide to run scenarios.
• Billing details processed by our PCI-compliant payment providers (PackMesh does not store card numbers).

• Provide and secure the PackMesh service, including authentication and fraud prevention.
• Operate analysis workflows, generate packing recommendations, and improve recommendation engine quality.
• Communicate about product updates, onboarding tips, and support (with respect to your consent preferences).
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We may share data with infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and payment processors solely to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Data may be transferred to regions where our subprocessors operate, subject to contractual safeguards.

Customer organizations own the business and operational data they submit to PackMesh. PackMesh may use aggregated or de-identified insights to improve models without revealing your confidential information. For customers that require formal data processing terms, PackMesh offers a Data Processing Addendumthat describes security measures, subprocessors, and data return commitments.

We retain data for as long as necessary to deliver the service and meet legal obligations. PackMesh uses encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring to protect data. No system is entirely secure; you are responsible for maintaining credential hygiene and access policies within your organization.

PackMesh is not intended for children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.
