SaaS Subscription and Billing Terms

Charges, invoices, and receipts are issued by PackMesh LLC, a Florida limited liability company. For billing questions, email billing@packmesh.io with "Attn: PackMesh LLC Billing" in the subject line.

• Plan features, seat limits, and usage allowances are defined in your order or checkout confirmation.
• Adding seats or upgrading plans will adjust charges pro rata for the current billing period when applicable.
• Trial periods end automatically at their stated date unless cancelled before conversion.
• Seat transfers within your organization are permitted by an administrator; reselling seats is prohibited.
• Usage-based or overage fees will be invoiced according to the meter descriptions provided at purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rates unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are due in the currency shown at checkout; taxes may be added where required.
• Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise specified in an enterprise agreement.
• You authorize PackMesh and its payment processors to store payment methods and charge recurring amounts.
• We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of material pricing changes before the next renewal where required.

• You may cancel future renewals at any time from billing settings or by contacting billing@packmesh.io.
• Fees for the current billing term are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
• Downgrades take effect at the next renewal to avoid service disruption.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the charge and are evaluated against these terms.
• Chargebacks without first contacting PackMesh may result in immediate suspension of access.

• Contact billing@packmesh.io within 15 days of invoice if you believe a charge is incorrect.
• We may suspend access for unpaid invoices or failed payments after reasonable notice.
• Reactivation may require updated payment information or settlement of outstanding balances.
• Disputed invoices should continue to be paid on time; credits will be applied if an error is confirmed.

You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and regulatory fees. Where required, PackMesh will collect taxes at checkout or on invoices and will rely on the billing information you provide for jurisdictional determinations.

If you have an enterprise agreement or signed order, these billing terms apply except where the agreement expressly overrides them. Order forms and statements of work become part of your subscription terms.

Unless otherwise specified in an order form, monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date, and annual subscriptions require at least 30 days’ notice before renewal. Cancellation requests must be delivered to billing@packmesh.io or submitted through billing settings.
