Regulated Data and BAA Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement, customers must not submit PHI or other specially regulated data to PackMesh that requires heightened statutory terms.

If your use case requires PHI processing, you must execute a separate signed BAA with PackMesh before uploading, transmitting, or processing PHI through the service. A BAA request can be initiated by contacting packmeshapp@gmail.com.

Depending on your industry, additional written terms may be required for data categories governed by sector-specific regulations. PackMesh reviews these requirements case-by-case and may provide supplemental contractual exhibits.

• Classify data before submission and prevent restricted data uploads unless approved.
• Implement role-based access controls for user accounts in your workspace.
• Promptly notify PackMesh of any suspected unauthorized regulated-data processing.
